Each year the holidays roll around, And without fail, seem to accelerate toward the new year! As a result, before they slip by, I want to say thank you to all my clients and colleagues. Together, we helped make 2019 a year of great progress and a number of successes. In fact, without you there just wouldn’t be much to report! That said, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year 2020, from a very grateful, Carmen Miranda.
Happy Holidays and Happy New Year 2020, From Carmen Miranda
You know, Thanksgiving has passed, Hanukkah is here, with Christmas just around the corner. And now in retrospect, I can say this year did have some ups and downs. Although, the downs often waxed into opportunities. And, I love the challenge! In fact, it gets me going. It allows me to take it to the next level for my clients and my potential.
It’s a win-win, from my standpoint, when I can make every client’s real estate matter a priority. It’s a win-win when I can make every partner relationship a better one. In fact, there’s no cutting corners, no falling back, when it comes to a focus on excellence. Any way you cut the cookie, it’s got to be the right stuff. And, what a blessing my clients, colleagues, family and friends have been. They’re definitely the right stuff!
Happy and Safe Holidays Friends
I want to take a moment, and also wish everyone quite a safe and joyful holiday season. You know, there are plenty of reasons for the season. At the same time, plenty of reasons for being alert and prepared. Also, you can find plenty of tips to guide you online. For example, avoid shopping at night. When you do shop, don’t park in an obscured or distant part of the lot. Oh, and keep your wallet, purse and valuables in sight and in mind, at all times. In fact, keep them ‘close to the hip’, or don’t carry them at all. Then, put your presents promptly away in the trunk and a locked car. And, bring packages delivered to your home in right away.
Let’s all make Christmas, Hanukkah and the New Year safe holidays. Let’s make them ones to remember, in safety, good cheer and good will. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year 2020!
