Compass agents now have access to Market Ready Concierge (powered by Notable), a new iteration of the Compass Concierge program that includes credit limits up to $75,000" and other benefits.
The two programs are available at separate application links through our partner, Notable. Below are the key differences between Compass Concierge and Market Ready Concierge.
*Please note, you cannot upsize limits between programs. Please make sure your client applies through the correct application link.
*Up to 10% of list price allowed for loan; capped at the $75k max. Loan amount may vary depending on FICO and other factors. A minimum of 680 FICO score for loans up to $50,000; and a minimum FICO score of 780 for loans over $50,000); seller must have at least ~20% equity in the home.
Interest applies. Loan funds, interest, and fees are due upon closing of the sale of your seller's home, termination or expiration of your seller's listing agreement, suspension of the loan, loan acceleration or twelve months after loan origination, whichever is sooner. Notwithstanding the Loan Repayment Date in the loan agreement, an origination fee will apply, and interest will continue to accrue until the loan is repaid in full. Subject to the terms of your seller's loan agreement, as well as Notable's terms and conditions (Notablehome.com/terms).
