When it was the time for selling our house in redwood shores, I interviewed 3-4 agents and finally decided to go with Carmen because of her enthusiasm and professional answers to all of our questions as well as all her customer testimonials. We mostly communicated via Zoom calls and texting because we were selling remotely, but it was not an issue at all. Carmen was always responsive, flexible and professional to all of our concerns and questions. Her knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market is highly appreciated. Another key difference we felt of Carmen from other agents is her honesty and integrity - she is not presenting as dual agent, which means she puts the her customers’ interest first, and it is very important for us.
