When it was the time for selling our house in redwood shores, I interviewed 3-4 agents and finally decided to go with Carmen because of her enthusiasm and professional answers to all of our questions as well as all her customer testimonials. We mostly communicated via Zoom calls and texting because we were selling remotely, but it was not an issue at all. Carmen was always responsive, flexible and professional to all of our concerns and questions. Her knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market is highly appreciated. Another key difference we felt of Carmen from other agents is her honesty and integrity - she is not presenting as dual agent, which means she puts the her customers’ interest first, and it is very important for us. For that initial meeting, Carmen presented us with a comprehensive market analysis of out home, as well as a summary of the services she could provide to bring our home to market and achieve the highest possible sales price. We used Carmen’s team of an interior designer, a painting contractor, and a general contractor. Most importantly, we took Carmen’s advice to covert the den at the first floor into the 5th bedroom to bring the greatest return on investment. Carmen was able to get our house ready for market within 4 weeks. She kept a close eye on the market to ensure the low inventory when she put our house on market. On the first open house, she threw a taco night for all the potential buyers and neighbors. She was also present at all the open house days as well as private showings. Within a week we got three strong offers. Carmen again helped us to negotiate to get the best price possible!
