Specifically, Carmen has a great understanding of the market (home trends, rates, etc.) and was always able to share the latest with us for us to make better informed decisions. Carmen is always on the lookout for homes, even finding ones that are off-market or flagging ones that may not be a great fit to ensure she leaves no stone unturned. When we visit homes, she always comes prepared with comps, details on the inside and exterior of the home (e.g., what may need to be addressed), history on prior renovations and owners, etc. She is able to do the above well because of her deep experience and breadth of connections to helpful people in the industry - lenders, other realtors, contractors, etc. When we purchased our home, she immediately set up a meeting with us and her team to meet at the home to determine what (if any) type of work needed to be done. She proactively connects us with the right folks. When selling our home, she pulled out all the stops including marketing, managing inspections, renovations, etc. and even worked with our constraints of selling while still living in the home with young kids.
